CRONYISM STILL THRIVES !
© THE SUNDAY TIMES
At the outset of the present government The Fine Gael/Labour coalition vowed to end cronyism and then having slept on it, they proceeded immediately to give state jobs to their political friends.
It is easy now to see why the Labour ministers & their cohorts are so out of touch with the electorate and the every day financial problems that are crippling our society - when sackfuls of loot are so easy to obtain for special cronies.
Look at the list below to see who they are:

I suggest that the Irish Labour Party needs to read, understand and implement their own policies rather than adopting those of their Fine Gael bedmates !
The Labour Party is a disgrace. They have pushed up the retirement age of workers to 68 and on Monday voted with Fine Gael to scrap the Mobility Allowance & the Motorised Transport Grant Schemes which will effect 5,000 people with disabilities in four months time.

The Sinn Fein blog is a great success story. Viewing the blog in recent days is a moral boost to see what a small number of committed republican activist can achieve. keep up the good work
ReplyDeleteThe campaign for good quality water for the town of Mountmellick was started by Sinn Fein and is ongoing. It will be a long drawn out campaign but will succeed. It is hard to believe that the town over the years has had elected TDs , Town Counsellors and County Counsellors and none of them seen fit to tackle the thorny issue of the deplorable water people are asked to consume as part of daily living. But wait for it, the bast is yet to come. They will be charging us for this rubbish before long, Will the elected reps stand up and encourage people not to pay for this poor quality water, laced as it is with lead, limescale, and fluoride. I don't think so. Sinn Fein are about to enter phase 2 of their Campaign For Good Quality Water, and would ask people who are unhappy with the quality of their water to log your complaint with a party member or with the new water authority, Bord Gais on 1850278278.
ReplyDeleteWater quality in Mountmellick is pure rubbish. Contaminated with limescale, lead, and fluoride. And they want to charge us for it shortly. The clowns, the clowns, the clowns, the fools, the fools, the fools, they have left us with no alternative we must resist, we must say no.
